Class Descriptions

  • Forever Fit and Strong: A class geared toward the older folks. Low impact and modified exercises to improve mobility, balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. Involves chairs, bands, and weights. Every movement is modifiable to do seated.
  • Water Aerobics: The performance of aerobic exercise in 4 ft of water. Done mostly vertically and without swimming, it is a type of resistance training.
  • Water Works: A slower paced mobility based workout to maintain and improve range of motion.
  • Fully Body Weight Training: Circuit Training including full body lifts and movements using free weights to build strength and cardiovascular health. 
  • Tone & Sculpt: A dynamic Pilates class focused on building core strength, improving posture, and sculpting lean muscles through controlled movements and light resistance.
  • Chair Yoga: A gentle and accessible yoga class that uses a chair for support to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Perfect for all fitness levels! 
  • H.I.I.T Training: A fast-paced, high-intensity interval training class that combines bursts of cardio and strength exercises to burn calories, build endurance, and boost metabolism.
  • Athlete Training: Open to Junior High and High School athletes in their off-season who want to stay in shape. Focus on Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Power training.
  • ·Zumba/Dance: A beginner-friendly, high-energy, music-driven dance workout that boosts cardio fitness while making exercise feel like a party.
  • ·Yoga:  A gentle, full-body class focused on improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation through guided poses and breathing techniques.
  • · Tai/Chi: A slow, flowing movement class that enhances balance, coordination, and mindfulness while reducing stress and tension.
