What is the Ottawa County Health Center Wellness Center?

The Ottawa County Wellness Center was established to provide a structured environment for the promotion of health and wellness, therapy after rehabilitation, and lifestyle health maintenance. Educational programs, counseling, and exercise instruction are offered to the community and surrounding areas as a means to a healthier way of life. The Wellness Center is located on the east side of Ottawa County Health Center.

• Pool and Whirlpool: Free with Membership
• Lanes for swimming or water walking.
• Open swim times scheduled as well as several water classes.
• Equipment Orientation: Free
• We will show you how to properly use the equipment and help you determine your settings on any machines that you would like to incorporate into your workout.
• Group Exercises Classes: Free with Membership
• Members can participate in unlimited group exercise and water exercise classes included with your membership.
• Beachbody On Demand: Free with Membership
• Service that allows you to stream hundreds of world-famous Beachbody workouts that have helped millions transform their lives.
• Towel Service: Free with Membership
• Towels available for your convenience in the shower rooms and aerobic area.
• Locker Usage: Free with Membership
• Lockers are for daily use for our members at no additional charge. Please take your items with you after you have worked out or used the pool.
