Peter Meier, MD

Dr. Meier is a dedicated family medicine physician with a strong background in athletic training and a passion for patient care. He began his academic journey at the University of Kansas, where he earned his bachelor's degree in 2009. He went on to receive his master’s degree in athletic training from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2011.



Following graduate school, Dr. Meier gained valuable clinical experience working with collegiate athletes at Penn State University, where he served in athletic training. Inspired to further his medical knowledge and expand his ability to care for patients of all ages, he returned to Kansas to pursue his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Salina, graduating in 2020. Dr. Meier completed his residency training in family medicine at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. In 2023, he joined the Family Care Clinic, where he continues to provide compassionate, evidence-based base to individuals and families within the community.
